Every order is packed by hand in Elizabeth, New Jersey. You will get an email when your order is on its way.
Returns
- You have 30 days from delivery to return an item.
- It needs to be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Email us with your order number before sending anything back, and we will reply with the return address.
- You pay the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable, and sale items cannot be refunded.
- Once we receive and check your return, we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Damaged or defective items
If something arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it at no cost to you.
If your package does not arrive, email us with your order number and we will sort it out.
